After a previous Samhein Nurses pic, I was asked if I was referencing an album cover or anything, and was referenced the Blink-182 Enema of the State album cover as an example. I loved the pic, and realised it was already so close to the Nurses vibe that I felt pretty obligated at that point to make a tribute picture of it with a Samhein horror twist!
