Harley Quinn won the August r34 vote, with the second vote suggesting she should maybe get bound up a bit! I talked to ppl on Discord about what should happen and her being crammed into a clown car was suggested. I have kinda always wanted to do someone bound up in a car boot before and this seemed like a fun way to squeeze her into a teeny weeny wee boot w/ no space for all the clown toys 😀
