This was actually a birthday card I made unexpectedly for someone in my discord server, I was going to just draw them a wee sketch but I guess I was pretty high and got carried away.
The pic is of someone close to their heart, and the idea was theirs, it was pretty hard to work out what to do with consensual boy using intestines spelling out Happy Bday, so I just did what I could to make sure it felt sweet and homey too!
