My first entry into the annual Kinktober event, instead of 31 independent illustrations I liked the idea of creating something with a running theme connecting them all: a spooky house. While working on this, Wolvun had mentioned he liked how I was creating a sort of walking tour of the house and enjoyed inventing scenarios and thematic rooms and reasons for tortures that fit the prompts for the month. This is how we began working on and creating Samhein Estate 🙂
